Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated courier location and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
